Dear prospective member,

We are excited about your interest in membership at Temple Beth David.

As the only Reform Jewish Congregation in the San Gabriel Valley, our temple leadership and staff diligently strive to develop exciting and interesting programs and activities for all age groups. We hope you will find multiple pathways for personal involvement and engagement.

Please complete the attached Dues Pledge form as soon as possible, and email or mail it to the TBD office. 
Please call or email any questions you may have. We are here to work with you to make it as easy as possible for you to begin your membership.

We wish there to be no financial barriers to membership, so, if applicable, please return the Dues Adjustment Form along with your application form and indicate the amount you can contribute. As always, it is the policy of Temple Beth David to never turn away anyone for lack of ability to contribute the full membership rate. 

Additionally, please include the Family Lifecycle Record and Yahrzeit Information Forms (attached). This enables the office to keep your family information current, and all information is completely confidential.

If you are interested and inspired, we invite you to become a Sustaining Member. Sustaining Members provide additional support to the Temple by voluntarily pledging additional Temple Dues.

If you are interested in our Jewish Adventure Religious School and Hebrew School, we are happy to put you in touch with Rabbi Ira. Please just let us know.
